S Core & Cure operates as a premium engineering, structural, and interior design consultancy. Services showcased on this website—including Planning & Design, Civil Construction, Interior Execution, Waterproofing, False Ceiling installation, Electrical Work, Plumbing, Painting, and Flooring—are actively executed across Pan Odisha.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Ownership: The Service and its original content, features, layout functionality, and architectural representations (excluding public plug-ins or open-source scripts) are and will remain the exclusive property of S Core & Cure.

  • Copyright Restrictions: Users are strictly prohibited from downloading, copying, modifying, reproducing, or scraping architectural plans, 3D renderings, portfolio project layouts, or copywriting elements from scoreandcure.in for commercial distribution or competitive business use without explicit written consent from our management.

3. User Accounts & Form Submissions

  • Information Accuracy: When you submit inquiries, book appointments, or request project estimations via our website forms, you must provide contact information that is accurate, complete, and current. Providing fraudulent information is a breach of these Terms.

  • Communication Consent: By providing your contact information, you grant permission to S Core & Cure to reach out to you via phone calls, WhatsApp, or email regarding your specific construction or interior request.

4. Financial Terms & Digital Transactions

  • Estimates and Proposals: Any initial budget calculator figures, pricing sheets, or raw estimates provided on scoreandcure.in are intended strictly for baseline informational purposes. Final contract pricing is dependent on thorough, physical site-level verification and engineering analysis.

  • Payment Security: Online payments for layout planning tokens or consultation booking fees are securely processed using encrypted third-party processing integrations (such as Razorpay). S Core & Cure does not store or have access to your raw credit card, debit card, or banking authentication credentials.

  • Refund Policy: Fees paid online for customized digital blueprints, 3D visualizations, or structural consultations are non-refundable once the engineering or design work has been formally initiated by our team.

5. Construction & Site Execution Structural Framework

For projects moving from digital planning to on-site physical construction or interior execution:

  • Statutory Clearances: The client is entirely responsible for granting safe, lawful site access and obtaining necessary approvals from local municipal authorities, development bodies, or building societies, unless explicitly structured as a deliverable under our turnkey contract management.

  • Site Force Majeure: S Core & Cure cannot be held liable for logistical delays, structural halts, or material procurement blockages caused by natural weather patterns, local labor disruptions, socio-political blockades, or unforeseen ground/soil-level engineering anomalies.

6. Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by S Core & Cure.

S Core & Cure has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Any legal proceedings, disputes, or structural arbitrations arising directly out of the use of scoreandcure.in or our associated physical services must be filled exclusively within the jurisdiction of the local courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
